Frequently asked questions

Our projectors are laser, which means there is no bulb degradation over time and no replacements needed. Each projector lasts approximately 50,000 hours — which combined with Future Studios' automated scheduling means the projectors are only on when they need to be, increasing their lifespan by decades.
In order to maintain our high standards and ensure a safe experience, personal content cannot be played through our system. However, we do support a number of partner integrations — such as Gladstone Go — which can be used alongside Future Studios.
The maximum square meterage for a space is 144m². For example, a 12m × 12m space.
The minimum ceiling height is 2,400mm. Anything above this should be painted black for a premium experience.
You can have windows but they will need to be blocked out or have good quality blinds installed to minimise sunlight during Future Studios classes.
Yes, absolutely — but bear in mind the more mirrors you have, the less projectable space you have. If mirrors are essential, we suggest placing them on the back wall to the class instructor. This ensures members who require mirrors have access to them and the three main peripheral walls are clear for projection.
